An integral aspect of foodservice and healthcare is clear and concise communication. Fast paced, high stress environments have no time for miscommunication. The overlap between the two professions has allowed Greysen to apply many academic concepts in the kitchen. These experiences have been challenging and rewarding, many of the concepts and friendships will stay with Greysen well into her future.
